face
à elle
54 Muslim women, 54 portraits in Geneva. Through the play of depth of field, faces emerge, singularities assert themselves, and gazes meet.
Portraits in black and white,
framed as close as possible.
A play of depth of field to reveal each woman in what makes her unique: her individuality, her personality, her originality.
Beyond the face, it is a presence that unveils itself. An invitation to the viewer to enter into the intimacy of a gaze, to take the time for an encounter. To find oneself, simply, face to face with her.
